What Scream And Run is about
Scream And Run is an asymmetric hide-and-seek horror game. One or two players are randomly selected as hunters (Cat in the Hat and/or Thomas); the rest hide. Launch modes are Hide And Seek, Free Roam, and Escape. The School map is the launch map; Mines was added 2026-09-03.
Read the round before joining it
Wait for the round-start countdown. If you are a survivor, find a hide spot before hunters are released. If you are a hunter, immediately check the obvious hiding spots (doors, lockers, props) — beginners cluster there.
Use short learning loops
New players should learn one good hide spot per map before chasing hunter roles. Spend a round as Cat in the Hat to learn survivor escape paths from the hunter's perspective.
